Conferences, corporate dinners, team gatherings. We provide the necessary equipment and good food. The banquet hall can be closed off from the main dining area.

Birthdays, anniversaries, christenings and communions. Three private spaces — from the intimate Wine Room for 12 to the Main hall for 64. Individual menu for every event.

Intimate weddings

A small wedding for close family and friends in an industrial setting. Wooden tables, reclaimed lamps, French mosaic floor. Individual menu and dedicated service.

Three private spaces

Wine Room (up to 12), Small hall (up to 24), Main hall (up to 64) — we match the space to the scale of the event. The Main hall is separated from the main restaurant by doors.

50 spaces at the restaurant, reserved for Sztolnia guests, plus 2,000+ spaces at SCC next door.

FAQ — banquets at Sztolnia.

How many guests can Sztolnia host?
Three halls, three event scales: Wine Room — up to 12 (intimate dinners), Small hall — up to 24 (family occasions), Main hall — up to 64 (intimate weddings, conferences, corporate dinners).
Do you accommodate allergies and dietary needs?
Yes — every menu is prepared individually with chef Dawid Golec. We accommodate gluten-free, vegetarian, vegan and lactose-free diets. Please notify us of allergies at least one week before the event.
Can we bring our own wine or alcohol?
No — we do not offer corkage and we do not serve alcohol from outside our list. We match wines and spirits from our own list (100+ wines, plus spirits) to your menu and budget.
What does banquet hall rental cost?
There is no separate rental fee — you pay only for the menu and beverages. Starting prices (net): conference from 200 PLN/person, birthday/anniversary and corporate dinner from 250 PLN/person (up to 35 guests — à la carte / 36+ — buffet from 300 PLN/person), intimate wedding from 450 PLN/person. Are weekend wedding dates available?
Yes. During peak wedding season (May–September), Saturday dates are usually booked 6–12 months in advance. Off-season dates are more broadly available — often bookable 4–8 weeks before the event.
Do you provide conference equipment?
Yes — HD projector, screen, wired and wireless microphones, guest WiFi access.
Is there parking for guests?
Yes — Sztolnia has its own private parking for up to 50 cars at the restaurant, reserved for our guests. In addition, the Silesia City Center parking (2,000+ free spaces) is right next door.
What about deposits and cancellation terms?
We do not collect deposits or advance payments. There are also no formal cancellation terms — if your plans change, just let us know and we will either reschedule or cancel without any financial penalty.
