Manifesto · Sztolnia

A restaurant in the heart of an industrial past.

We opened in a place that remembers smoke and noise. A loft in a former coal-mine building at Silesia City Center — our reflection of Katowice's history. The interplay of brick, concrete, and French mosaic creates an atmosphere you feel from the first step.

In our open kitchen we bake bread daily, sear dry-aged beef, and pour wines that need no excuse. Here food is simpler — and flavor, deeper.
