Dry-aged steaks
Dry-aged beef, seared in our open kitchen. House burgers on house-baked buns, fresh fish, hand-rolled pasta, wood-fired pizza. Signature menu by chef Dawid Golec.
An industrial dining room in a former coal-mine building.
Brick. Concrete. French mosaic.
We opened in a building that still carries the smoke and the noise. An industrial dining room in a former coal mine at Silesia City Center — a building that still belongs to Katowice's industrial past. Brick, concrete, French mosaic — you feel it the moment you walk in.
In our open kitchen we bake bread daily, sear dry-aged beef and pour wine we stand behind. Simple food. Deep flavour.
Three words under our logo. Behind them: fire, time, and a kitchen that knows what it's doing.

Unpasteurised Tyskie, straight from the copper tank — 24 hours from brewery to glass. The only place in Silesia that serves it. Plus a sommelier-curated wine list — Polish vineyards, Italy, France. Drink it here, or take a bottle home.
Reclaimed brick. Concrete. French mosaic. Salvaged industrial lighting. Our banquet hall seats up to 64 — weddings, birthdays, corporate dinners. Not decor. Atmosphere.

This building has history in its walls. It's stood on Chorzowska since coal dust was part of daily life. We've kept the traces of that history — brick walls, floor mosaic, tall metal lamps, the miners' mural on the dining-room wall.
You feel it the moment you walk in.
Hand-rolled pasta, fresh fish and seafood, dry-aged beef from our aging cabinet, wood-fired pizza, salads. Signature menu by chef Dawid Golec.
House-baked bread and rolls — on every table to start.
Good wine and good meat take time. So does a good evening. People linger long after dinner — over a glass, a coffee, a tiramisu. A 3-course weekday lunch, a separate kids' menu, and and a playroom next to the dining room.
Come in. The kitchen's open until 10 pm.
Every plate at Sztolnia goes through Dawid Golec's hands. Tweezers. A pomegranate seed on a green croquette. Parmesan flakes. Focus. That's how plates leave our open kitchen — in plain sight, in front of you.
New offer every Monday — straight from our open kitchen. Three-course set or single dishes.
